Shahab Arvandi

Shahab Arvandi, MSc, PMP, is an Executive Director at Monolith Housing Solutions and an experienced energy auditor, project manager, and HVAC industry leader. With more than two decades of experience in construction, mechanical systems, and large-scale building projects, he brings a practical understanding of how buildings operate, where energy is being lost, and how performance can be improved.

His experience includes building energy assessments, HVAC system evaluations, energy-efficiency analysis, retrofit planning, and the management of complex construction and industrial projects. By combining site observations, technical analysis, and operational data, Shahab helps building owners and project teams identify practical opportunities to reduce energy consumption, improve occupant comfort, and enhance long-term building performance.

Shahab is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute and a LEED Green Associate. He holds a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Tehran, and a Master’s degree in Energy Management from the New York Institute of Technology in Vancouver.

His multidisciplinary background in engineering, energy management, HVAC systems, and project delivery allows him to approach each assessment from both a technical and operational perspective. In addition to energy auditing and project delivery, Shahab provides management consulting and leadership support to help organizations improve their processes, decision-making, and overall performance.
