Account Manager | Project Manager

Yas is an Account Manager and Project Coordinator at Monolith Housing Solutions, supporting the delivery of energy-efficiency and high-performance building projects. 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art and has completed energy advisor training through  Green Canada. This background provides her with a practical understanding of energy  performance, project workflows, and the coordination requirements involved in  sustainable building projects. 

At Monolith, Yas supports client communication, project scheduling, documentation, and  coordination between clients, consultants, and field teams. Her organized and detail oriented approach helps keep projects aligned with technical requirements, deliverables,  and timelines. 

Through her work with Monolith’s building-performance team, Yasaman continues to  develop her knowledge of energy modelling, airtightness testing, commissioning, Net Zero design, and other high-performance building services.
